For any tests that you do not self-perform, you may subcontract those to another accredited-validated lab (even a large business) except Alaska Testlab, who is the prime contractors laboratory. Please note that FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting clause applies. You must self-perform at least 51% of the laboratory testing.
