This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-23-Q-0009 as an RFQ to procure miscellaneous tents.
2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).
3) Must be Berry Amendment Compliant.
4) Please format quote pricing as a reflection of the CLINs below. Description is as follows.
CLIN 0001 - Qty. 1 - 60' x 60' (Top Material Only) tent made with at least 16oz. blackout material.
CLIN 0002 - Qty. 1 - 60' x 60' Full Pole Tent Kit made with at least 16oz. blackout material.
CLIN 0003 - Qty 2 - 20' x 40' Full Pole Tent Kits made with at least 16oz blackout material.
CLIN 0004 - Qty 5 - 10' x 10' Tent Kits made with at least 16oz blackout material
CLIN 0005 - Shipping and Handling.
4a) Vendor must be able to provide each size of tent in the specified material. Quality of pole construction and connecting points to fabric must be of high standard. All products must be rated at withstanding up to 30 MPH winds without damage.
5) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
-Technical capability of the items offered to meet the Government requirement as described above;
-Shipping Time
-Price
5d) The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; may accept other than the lowest priced offer; and may waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
