The Hoosier National Forest, Brownstown Ranger District is seeking to contract professional janitorial and mowing services at Shirley Creek Campground. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, permits, insurance, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to perform janitorial and mowing services as defined in the statement of work. Shirley Creek Campground is a recreation area with camping spurs, day use parking, and trail access. The campground includes a double vault toilet, a cistern with non-potable water and 2 hydrants available for campers only, 23 hitching racks, 21 picnic tables and 2 fire rings. The grassy area of the campground encompasses approximately 3.6 acres.
Procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19.
