Amendment 0001 is posted to reopen the Solicitation, revise Soliciation and Attachments, and extend the Date Offers Due.
In accordance with FAR 13.5, DFARS 212.102(a)(iv)(A), and 10 USC §3457, this requirement for non-commercial supplies is solicited in accordance with FAR 12, as supplemented with additional information and attachments included in this posting. As such, the Government is requesting quotes from Nontraditional Defense Contractors (NDC), of all sizes.
Offerors other than NDC will not be considered for award
The small business size standard associated with North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 1,250 employees.
Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)/ Distribution D, Applicable Documents (AD) are available upon request. Requests can be made via SAM or email sent to the Primary Point of Contact as listed on this posting. Emailed requests should include Notice ID, Vendor CAGE, and JCP POC Contact Information.
AD 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, and 3.6 are Export Controlled and can only be released to a vendor's the Joint Certification Program (JCP) Point of Contact, if request in SAM is cannot be sent from JCP POC, please sent email request and AD will be provided to JCP POC via DOD SAFE.
AD 3.4 abd 3.7 are not Export Controlled and can be released to vendors with active SAM accounts.
