Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - CCIS Septic Services
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF23Q0025 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide septic services to the Crooked Creek Information Site (CCIS).
The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02, effective 16 March 2023.
This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (which applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation), offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, supplies, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide portable septic services. The required services include rental, delivery, set-up, pumping, cleaning, refill, restock, dismantling, pickup, and relocation of portable toilets and handwashing stations; and pumping and cleaning of septic tanks. All portable toilets and handwashing stations must be clean, serviceable and in complete working order at the time of delivery. Contractor shall perform the required services in accordance with the specifications in this PWS, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at the Crooked Creek Information Site in the Cordova Ranger District. The CCIS is located at Milepost 0.9 Richardson Hwy, Valdez, AK 99686.
Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period of 12-months and 4 Option Periods of 12-months each.
