This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing the CBOC services in Winner, South Dakota as directed in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this notice. Interested contractors should:
1- Read through and complete the attached Winner CBOC Sources Sought Instructions and Questions PDF.
2- Complete a Contractor's Capability Statement as indicated in the Sources Sought Instructions and Questions PDF.
3- Send both items to Matthew.Rose3@va.gov no later than 5PM Central Time on Tuesday, May 02.
Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Please clearly identify any information your company considers sensitive or proprietary.
Service: Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Black Hills Healthcare System in Winner, South Dakota. The proposed CBOC services include leasing, furnishing, equipping, and staffing one CBOC and providing Primary Care services to veterans as indicated in the attached Draft PWS.
Mental Health services are anticipated to be provided by VA staff members via telehealth or face-to-face visits on at the contractor’s site, or at the main VA facility. The proposed CBOC will provide services for an estimated 370 - 420 veteran patients. This proposed CBOC contract will replace an existing contract for the same services that will expire on 31 August 2023. Proposed contract tentatively will run for up to ten years with a final potential expiration date of 31 August 2033.
