CULTURAL INVENTORY OTTERCREEK MECHANICAL 2023
The Bureau of Land Management, Wyoming, has a requirement for a Class III Cultural Inventory for Cultural Inventory Otter Creek Mechanical, 2,476 total acres. The Otter Creek Mechanical project area is located approximately 12 miles south of Ten Sleep, Washakie County, Wyoming.
Details are included in the Statement of Work, Map(s) and Wage Determination attached to this RFQ. No site visit is scheduled but offerors may visit the site on their own, provided weather permitting. The Period of Performance (POP) will be completed 155 days after issuance of award. The estimated POP is 5/12/23 - 10/14/2023.
This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services, which has a small business size standard of $19M. Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. See provision 52.212-2 `Evaluation' for details of what must be included with your quote.
Technical questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist Linda Neely at lneely@blm.gov by no later than Monday, May 1, 2023, at 3:00 pm MDT. Any questions received will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation on or about Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 3:00 pm MDT. All Quotes are due Friday, May 5, 2023, 3:00pm MDT.
