Wildcat Seeding, 557.3 acres.
The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado Little Snake Field Office, has a requirement for seeding of approximately 557.3 acres at the Wildcat area. The project area is located approximately 30 miles West, Northwest of Craig, CO.
The Government will provide the seeds. Details are included in the Statement of Work, maps, and Wage Determination attached to the RFQ. Location files are available in cpg, dbf, prj, sbn, sbx shp and shx formats but these formats are not compatible with sam.gov - email the contract specialist to request those files.
This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry, which has a small business size standard of $11.5M.
Technical questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing ONLY via email to the Contract Specialist Laura StJohn at lstjohn@blm.gov by no later than Friday April 21, 2023 at 4:00 pm MST. No questions will be answered by telephone. Any questions received will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation on or about Tuesday April 25, 2023. If no questions are received no amendment will be issued.
Quotes shall be submitted via email to lstjohn@blm.gov by no later than Friday April 28, 2023 at 4:00 pm MT. All quotes received will be acknowledged by a return email. Please be sure to include the RFQ number (140L3723Q0043) in the subject line so that your quote is properly identified. Due to system limitations submissions through sam.gov or FBMS/PRISM will not be accepted.
Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) as of the closing date and time of this solicitation. Include your UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) number with your quote so that we can verify your SAM registration status. The UEI is a 12-character alphanumeric ID assigned to an entity by SAM.gov. There is no cost to register in SAM or to receive a UEI.
