DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Perform the annual Fall Protection Systems inspections in Bays 1, 2, 3, &4 of Hangar 1 located at U.S. Coast Guard Base Kodiak, Kodiak, Alaska 99619. The Contractor shall provide all lifts, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, transportation, lodging and other related items for work specified below and required for a complete inspection/certification.
Work to be done IAW attached Statement of Work.
Recertification inspection will be completed no earlier thank 2 weeks before the current inspection expires on 10/4/2023. Requested period of performance is 9/18/2023 - 9/30/2023.
