This project involves the Renovation/Rehabilitation of three elevators located in the ChristinaCrescent Parking Garage, in Wilmington, Delaware. This garage is a five-story parking facility with threeelevators built in 2007. The specifications identify and address the mechanical, electrical and public safetyitems to be replaced and/or rehabilitated. The work for each elevator includes, but is not limited to (seespecifications for complete listing of work): furnish and install hydraulic controller; cab enclosure upgrades;sling/platform rehabilitation; door controls; door equipment modernization; electrical conductor; guides;buffers; etc. as described in the specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
