Project Description: This is a commercial non-personal services contract to provide Adaptive
Management (AM) support to the ongoing development and implementation of the Missouri River
Recovery Program (MRRP). Services include structured decision-making expertise and guidance in the
collaboration with MRRIC and the updating and implementation of the MRRP’s Science and Adaptive
Management Plan (SAMP) for the piping plover and pallid sturgeon on the Missouri River.
NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for
solicitation is 541620 Environmental Consulting Service, with a size standard for Small Business of
$16.5M.
Place of Performance: Locations will vary as to the needs of the Government but will potentially
include Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri.
