The Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate (LESC) – on behalf of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is soliciting proposals in response to request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C23R00000041 for 5.56MM Duty Ammunition. The Government intends to make a single indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award resulting from this solicitation.
