The USGS Eastern Ecological Science Center (EESC) Leetown Science Center (LCS) located in Kearneysville, WV has an ongoing requirement for liquid propane gas to be delivered via automatic fill-up on a weekly basis to the following Government-owned tanks.
It is anticipated that a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded in response to this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Task Orders will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis for various analyses under this contract. The not-to-exceed ceiling for this IDIQ contract
is $450,000 over a period of performance not-to-exceed three years.
This is a 100% small business set-aside.
RFQ 140G0123Q0121 will be issued on or about 4/3/2023 with written quotes due on 4/24/2023.
The NAICS code is 324110 Petroleum Refineries. The size standard is 1,500 employees.
A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to receive an award.
