Stadtman Mastication, 372 acres
Amendment 0002 is issued to answer questions received. The due date and time for quotes remains unchanged.
Q1. Can we track equipment from unit to unit or do we need to move with a lowboy between each location?
A1. Once on site, contractors may drive machines from unit to unit, using existing two tracks whenever possible. The large unit to the west may require contractors to drive their machines a short distance on or adjacent to HWY 64. With proper flagging or a vehicle using flashers, this shouldn't pose a substantial safety issue.
Q2. Are we mulching the sage as well?
A2. No. Per the SOW, some incidental sage mastication near trees is considered acceptable. Otherwise, we are not taking sage.
Q3. Is it ok with us using a tracked machine on this job. We would be using a PT 300 mulcher?
A3. No. Per the SOW, only rubber tired machines are acceptable.
Q4. Can you provide the geo tagged map?
A4. Yes, see the attachment to this amendment.
Q5. Can we schedule a potential site visit?
A5. No site visit is scheduled but you may visit the location on your own.
