This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on sam.gov. The RFQ number is N3904023R0009. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-02 and DFARS Change Notice 03/1/2023. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
The NAICS code is 611699 and the Small Business Standard is $12 Million. This is a competitive solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing:
Tactical training services with qualified instructors and off-site facility located within 25 driving miles of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY), Kittery, Maine 03904 in accordance with Attachment 2, Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The contract resulting from this solicitation will have a Base Period of Performance from 4/18/2023 to 4/17/2024 and will include a quantity of Twelve (12) NSF Tactical Training sessions. Four (4) additional Option periods (each including a quantity of twelve (12) NSF Tactical Training sessions) may be exercised at the discretion of the government. The Base and Option(s) periods of performance are as follows:
Base period of performance: 04/18/2023 to 04/17/2024
Option 1 period of performance: 04/18/2024 to0 4/17/2025
