The United States Military Academy at West Point - NY has a requirement for Weapons Training Equipment for the M17 Pistol Simulator System from Inveris Training Solutions. The specific items needed are listed on the attached Standard Form 1449 (SF1449) (Solicitation# W911SD23R0108). All bids must meet the specific requirements listed on the attached SF1449. Failure to provide what is specifically requested could be considered as “Non-Responsive”.
All vendors must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a completed signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote. All vendors must submit the following documents in order to be considered:
1. SF1449 (must be filled in, completed, and signed as specifically instructed below)
2. Company Quote (must be FOB Destination; see Note 3 below)

Two (2) attachments of the SF1449 are included for your use (PDF & WORD). In case if one doesn’t work, use the other. You only need to complete ONE… not both. The SF1449 must be completed and returned to me as follows:

NOTE 1: Completion and submittal of the SF1449 is mandatory in order for your quote to be considered. The NAICS Code Qualifier is 335999; business size is 500 employees.
NOTE 2: All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses:
a. Full Company Name and Address
b. SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI)
c. CAGE Code
d. TAX ID# (aka “EIN” or “TIN”)
e. NAICS Code(s) (must be registered with NAICS 335999 to qualify for this RFQ)
f. Business Size ("Large" or "Small"… must be stated on your reply)
g. Company POC, Email, Phone#
NOTE 3: This solicitation is Firm Fixed Price only. Therefore, all quoted offers must be FOB DESTINATION. Any shipping costs must be INCLUDED into the overall price. Offers with FOB ORIGIN will not be accepted.
