1) revise section (3) in the “This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable the offeror must” section, and
2) extend the responses due date to 07 April 2023 at 1400EST
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Single Award, Firm Fixed Price five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to remove, transport and recycle the used oil and oily water generated at NUWCDIVNPT in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs – CDRLs will be Not Separately Priced (NSP)).
