Specifications include, but are not limited to: The demolition and renovation scope will involve approximately 4400 GSF of existing space in the BASS CENTER BK BUILDING PLAZA LEVEL. Project will be completed in two phases with no interruption of Fresh Market daily operations. The Work shall be conducted in two (2) phases, with each phase substantially complete as indicated: Phase 1: Shall consist of all work identified in the currently vacant suite and any work required in occupied suite to complete the scope of work in phase 1 to be after hours. Reference construction documents for Phase 1 scope of work. Work of this phase shall commence 7 days after the Notice to Proceed and be substantially complete and ready for occupancy 45 days after commencement of construction of this phase. Phase 2: Shall consist of all remaining Work and shall be substantially complete and ready for occupancy within 45 days after Phase 1 is complete. Demolition and Removal This space will require the demo and removal including but not limited to gyp walls, flooring, base, acoustical ceiling as needed, sinks and all associated piping, supply plumbing piping, drains, HVAC equipment per drawings, controls, duct work, air regulators, power for HVAC boxes and blowers, electrical outlets, electrical switches, wiring devices, and lighting fixtures. All circuits to be demoed shall be demoed back to feeder panel, remove all abandoned circuits, remove existing conduit, remove all MC cable per the demo notes, existing data and telephone shall be removed if not being used.
