This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Department of Labor (DOL) on behalf of the Wage and Hour Division (WHD) to provide meeting spaces and equipment to support the Basic I Investigator In-Person Training to be held in the Indianapolis, IN area from May 8-12, 2023, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Quotation submission terms, requirements, and instructions are set forth in the continuation pages of this Request for Quote (RFQ). Vendor shall submit a quote in accordance with the instructions and other terms as set forth in this RFQ. Written questions must be received by this office not later than April 3, 2023, at 4:00 PM EDT. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY
