The contractor shall provide operational, technical, and analytical expertise for the planning and execution of training and test events, conducting Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC), and Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) activities, providing operational know how, providing non-kinetic operations training and tactics development, and conducting acceptance testing of DMOC DMO systems. This includes program management, operations, and technical support tasks. Contracted work will be conducted at the Unclassified, Secret, Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), and Special Access Program/Special Access Required (SAP/SAR) levels. Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) /deliverables are property of US government, and will include, but not be limited to, experimental and/or operational exercise plans, scenario development products, system requirements documents, operational architectures, test plans, reports, After Action Reports (AARs), and possible weapon study/analysis assessments. This PWS covers the requirements at the 705 CTS at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, and includes necessary management services, personnel, materials, components, supplies, maintenance, and documentation required to fully accomplish all tasks.
