GAOA DEPRESSION DAM MAINTENANCE
This is a sources-sought notice / request for information (RFI) only. This is not a request for a quote or proposal. This RFI is issued solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this RFI. The Government reserves the right to use any information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary to create the resultant solicitation. This RFI is issued by the Bureau of Land Management, Montana/Dakotas State Office, for the purpose of performing market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of small businesses under NAICS Code 561730.
I. Project Description
A. Description of Work: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Montana-Dakotas State Office, located in Billings, MT, has a need for the removal of uncontrolled and undesirable vegetation at Depression Detention Dam. Depression Detention Dam NID MT00606 is a High Hazard dam.
B. Location: Located on the South Fork of Bridger Creek, a tributary of the Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and is approximately 10 miles southeast of Bridger, Montana in Carbon County.

Potential sources are invited to submit a Capabilities Statement describing the requests stated above. All responses should be submitted via e-mail to jalvarez@blm.gov no later than (1:00pm) (MDT) on (7 Apr 2023).
