OBJECTIVE: Connect Power to Heater in Supply room of Building 974 at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER) - Richardson, Alaska
SCOPE: Install electrical materials and connection to properly provide power to existing high voltage heater in building 974 supply room. All work shall be accomplished IAW with the Statement of Work and within 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled for-

Location: Bldg 974, JBER-Richardson, Alaska (Contractors will meet in the maintenance bay in the front door of Bldg 974)
If a base access pass is needed for any individuals who are interested in attending, please send notification of interest to attend and the first name, middle initial, and last name of those who require a base access pass by NLT 10:00 AM AKT 27 March 2023 to charmaine.cadua@us.af.mil and jazmine.mcwilliams@us.af.mil.
All costs associated with attending the site visit shall be borne by the offerors. Prospective offerors are urged to attend the site visit. If a contractor is unable to attend, there will be no future site visits scheduled. All questions are due by 10:00 AM AKT, 31 March 2023.
Please note visitor(s) must present a valid Federal or State issued ID at the time of issue of the Visitor Pass. Visitor must also present valid registration and proof of insurance of the vehicle they are operating at the time, regardless of vehicle ownership. If not driving or unable to present registration and/or proof of insurance, they will be issued a "Non-driver" pass and will need other transportation. The Government will not provide transportation to the site visit.
