Friday, April 7th
10:00 am MDT.
Location will be 1770 Kitty Hawk Dr, Cedar City, UT 84721,
specifically the area of that site indicated on Atth 0006 Aerial Map, as it is a fairly large site.
Project is for site improvements at the Color Country Interagency Fire Center to accommodate a new modular lab building and two greenhouses. The Color Country Interagency Fire Center is located at 1770 Kitty Hawk Dr, Cedar City, UT 84721. The contractor is responsible to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for the supply and installation all water, sanitary sewer, electrical, and telecommunications infrastructure as well as foundation preparation for the proposed building(s).
The RMRS Shrub Sciences Lab is currently in a 12-month rental space until August 31, 2023. This work must be completed in time for their mid-term office trailer to be delivered on June 1, so that there is time for IT wiring and installation, utility connection, and actions necessary to occupying the building before the rental period expires.
