The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Code 1534 requires the purchase of six (6) 0081A0273-1, eleven (11) 0081A0273-2, fifteen (15) 0081C0153-1, and three (3) 0081C0153-2 Bulkhead Receptacles in accordance with drawings 54497-0081A0273 Rev D and 54497-0081C0153 Rev D.
This is being solicited on a Sole Sourse basis to Teledyne D.G. O'Brien due to the sole source controls of the accociated drawings, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business (OSBP). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future.
