The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a Contractor supply and provide all labor, equipment, supervision and materials necessary to erect two sections of 6 ft high commercial chain-link fence, totaling 350 linear ft (250 linear ft and 100 linear ft sections) at Lake Ashtabula Dam and Recreation Area, near Valley City, North Dakota. All work (including cleanup) shall be completed no later than September 1, 2023.
The estimated magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.
The North American Industry Classif ication System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors w th a size standard of $16,500,000.
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is 100% set aside for Small Business.
Offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://SAM.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications section, with the NAICS Code 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors.
