The 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK, invites you to an Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for Repair 176MDG Command Suite and Various Entrances at the 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK. Project details are included in the documents attached to this posting.
The magnitude of this project, to include options, is between $25,000 - $100,000.
A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the offer or $3,000,000, whichever is greater, is required.
The total Construction duration is 120 days ANP for CLINS 0001, 0002, and 0004. The total construction duration is 90 days ANP for CLINS 0003 and 0005.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Government anticipates this opportunity to be a total small business set- aside. The small business size standard is $45 million average annual revenue. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states "By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees" applies to this project.
