Owner occupancy. 8. Permits. 9. Specification conventions. 1.2 CONTRACT DESCRIPTION A. Work of the Project includes alteration of Roof Top units Air cooled condensers and Heating units. 1. Background There are Twelve (12) Air Cooled Condensing units in Two pent houses of Building no 078048. Each pent house has six (6) DX condensing units. The pictures attached. These units (Condensing units) shall be replaced with new. Also there are twelve (12) Lennox condensing furnaces (with DX coils) ( called as Pulse units). 2. General: a. Qualifications and Standards. All the equipment must be from the manufactures who is engaged in manufacturing the units for a minimum of 10 years and Units must be certified in accordance with AHRI Standard 210/240 and NEC. b. Contractor must have been in business for three years in installation of Air conditioning equipment and provide three references for verification.
