The United States Government is seeking 40 surface, reserved parking spaces in Broadview, IL. The site should be within ¼ mile walking distance of 1930 Beach Street, Broadview, IL. The lease term requirement is for 15 years, 5 years firm. The parking must be available for occupancy by January 15, 2024.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the above address by 5:00 PM CST on April 6, 2023 and must include the following information:
- Building name and address of parking site.
- Date of parking space availability.
- Amount of parking available on-site and the monthly cost per vehicle. Indicate whether the monthly rate includes taxes.
- Offered parking space must meet Government requirements for Handicapped Accessibility and lighting (if applicable).
- Building ownership information.
- Parking structure features and level of security (ie access card, roving security, camera monitored, cashier onsite, etc.).
- Lot must be paved and serviceable.
The federal government is seeking parking space for federal employees and 24/7 access is required for the garage, surface lot or ramp. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. The General Services Administration will not be using a tenant broker to represent the Government in parking lease negotiations.
