The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 is soliciting for a Contractor's ability to provide both on-site and telehealth services services for the island of Molokai, Hawaii including:
Clinical Space:
- One Office for primary care provider.
- Use of Two Exam Rooms for primary care provider
- Use of Four Common Rooms for VA Patients.
Clinical Personnel:
- One Administrative Clerk/Receptionist
Clinical Services:
- On-site administrative oversight and telehealth technical assistance.
- Provisions of office and clinical supplies to keep clinic in operation.
- Aseptic cleaning service of space.
- Physical Security
- Biohazard Disposal Services (e.g. Sharps)
