The credit bureau chosen must be able to provide the services equivalent to the credit bureau reports as shown on Attachment 3 Cost Proposal. Credit reporting and authentication services for new and existing student loan customers and Co-signers, including but not limited to the following: Credit reports FICO score Tools to track/find borrowers, such as Direct Check Social search Fraud detection BullseyeSM or equivalent (data verification tool – current status of an account) Identity authentication – Auth Svc lev1 Consumer Precise IDSM for Co-Signers (Experian’s risk-based fraud detection and prevention platform or equivalent) Credit reporting for residential mortgages - Tri Merge mortgage credit report per Fannie Mae/FHA requirements Credit reporting for commercial and agricultural loan customers Credit reporting for new deposit customers Employment screening/background checks
