Specifications include, but are not limited to:FBISD is seeking a contractor to provide a turnkey solution for Mechanical Renovation at Clements High School and Roofing at the Athletic Complex (BP09) and Chiller Replacement at Drabek Elementary School (BP19). The scope of work for BP09 includes but not limited to New Access Control, HVAC Replacement, Skylight Replacement, Air Handler Replacement, Boiler Replacement, Electrical Transformer Replacement, Domestic Water Pipe Replacement, Site Lighting Replacement, New Emergency Generators, Door Replacement, New Security Vestibules, New Security Window Film, Roof Drain Repair, and Roof Replacement. The scope of work for BP19 includes but not limited to Demolition of Existing Gas Fired Chiller and Associated System, Chiller Replacement, Mechanical Piping, HVAC Controls, and New Electrical Feed to Chiller.
