HQ AFOTEC at Kirtland AFB, NM requires the repainting and repair of a static model of an F-22 aircraft currently stationed outside of the HQ building. This requirement involves repainting the model, repairing any visible damages, testing the structural integrity of the base and potentially repairing/fortifying it as needed, connect the model to the base, and complete a final inspection with the Government.
Please include past performance consisting of at least one prior project of a similar scope and a recommented contract type/structure to adequatly cover all services to be performed in this requirement.
A formal solicitation shall be distributed to all interested vendors based on responses to this Sources Sought.
