Project Description: Region 3 CERCLA Environmental Services
Project Location: States of Arizona and New Mexico
The United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Region 3, PPS intends to issue a
Request for Proposals (RFP) for a firm fixed price, CERCLA Environmental Services Indefinite
Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for National Forests located in the States of Arizona and
New Mexico, for the United States Forest Service, Southwestern Region 3.
This procurement will be conducted utilizing 100% Small Business Concern competitive
negotiation procedures under FAR Part 15. The Government intends to award a multiple award
firm fixed-price IDIQ contract.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement
is 562910 (Environmental Remediation Services) with the annual size standard of 750
employees.

DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to
conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
