The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in Shiprock, New Mexico has a requirement for the purchase of various Audiology medical supplies and miscellaneous materials on an “As Needed Basis” for the use by the Rehabilitation Department at the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, New Mexico.
The period of performance will be for twelve (12) continuous months beginning from the Date of Award.
Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the Statement of Work/Commercial Specifications, past performance, and price.

Quotes will be due on or before the closing date of the solicitation.
