The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is the largest industrial complex in the state of Hawaii and the Pacific region. The facilities and equipment are able to service the Navy’s fleet and other agencies. The shipyard occupies 112 acres, over 170 buildings and 4 dry docks. The plant value of the facility is in excess of $4.0 billion.
PHNSY & IMF seeks a qualified contractor for the dismantling and disposal of two fiberglass tanks, one fiberglass sink, two metal/fiberglass platforms, pipes and associated peripherals in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
The tentative period of performance is 03/16/2023 - 10/14/2023.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562219 Other Non-Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. Size standard is $41,500,000. P500 Salvage – demolition of Structures / Facilities (Other Than Buildings).
All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01, DFARS 12/30/2022, and NMCARS 18-22.
All quotation submissions need to include completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3.
