This requirement is for the rental of four Semi-trailer Tractors (Truck-Tractor), which will be operated by DWA - Truck Rental.
Government personnel, or their authorized representatives, to pull Government-owned fish tanker trailers (3,500 gallons water capacity) for the Dworshak National Fish Hatchery’s Juvenile Fish Outplanting program and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Juvenile Fish Transportation program according to the technical specifications of this solicitation.
The Government will use the Truck-Tractors to transport juvenile fish to release sites along the Clearwater River and its tributaries in North Central Idaho in the spring of each year. The Contractor shall be the owner of the Truck-Tractors to be rented to the Government and shall be in the regular business of renting such equipment to the general public and others. The Government must be named as the renting party on all rental agreements. All interested and capable contractors are encouraged to respond.
