The purpose of this “Amendment 03” to this combined synopsis/solicitation is to include the following changes in the attached updated solicitation “Amd_03_N0060423Q4021_Combined_Synopsis_Solicitation”: (1) update “Attachment 01 SOW” section 3.15 by providing the current measurement of the long table (13-feet L X 48-inches W) and referencing the extension size of 30-inches L X 48-inches W; (2) Removed “Attachment 03- AMD_02_Price Matrix” and added “Attachment 03- AMD_03_Price Matrix” to reflect the changes made in (1) above; (3) added “Attachment 04_AMD_03_Questions_And_Answers” which consists of the questions asked by vendors during the question submission phase of the solicitation and the answers provide by the USS Daniel Inouye, please note that the answers to questions 1-2 have also been updated in the SOW in (1) above; and (4) extended the solicitation response time FROM “3:00 PM HST on Friday 03-March-2023” TO “3:00 PM HST on Thursday 09-March-2023. As a courtesy reminder, quoters shall submit their quotes in accordance with ALL the attached documents referenced in “Amd_03_N0060423Q4021_Combined_Synopsis_Solicitation” and include “Attachment 03_AMD_03_Price_Matrix” with their quote. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
