The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Acquisition Division intends to issue a Request for Quotes(RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS). Idaho State Office for work to be performed for the Mary-Ann Chapman Easement in ClearWater County. The Project consists of the removal and new installation of the existing boundary fence on a USDA/NRCS Wetland Reserve Program easement. Fence is past its useful lifespan, no longer intact, unable to fulfil its purpose, and not friendly to wildlife.
An organized site visit has been scheduled for 10AM Local Time, February 28, 2023. Participants will meet at Intersection of Musselshell Rd. and Browns Creek Rd. in Weippe ID 83553.
