This is a sources-sought notice / request for information (RFI) only. This is not a request for a quote or proposal. This RFI is issued solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this RFI. The Government reserves the right to use any information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary to create the resultant solicitation. This RFI is issued by the Bureau of Land Management, Montana/Dakotas State Office, for the purpose of performing market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of small businesses under NAICS Code 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction.
Background:
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is requiring road maintenance of BLM roads Keno #405, Kennedy #2817, and Elevation #2819 Area Roads with an option item for maintenance on additional roads in the vicinity. Road maintenance includes clearing and grubbing (aka brushing), road reconstruction, road widening, dip construction, and culvert installation.
Magnitude of Construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000
