The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) has only one known vendor capable of performing the services in the attached Statement of Work. If there is another vendor capable of performing is work please contact Michael; D. Carleton at michael.d.carleton.civ@us.navy.mil

The issuance of this sources sought notice does not commit The Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract or purchase order for this requirement.
The Government is not liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement for any costs incurred for preparing responses to this notice.
