This is a non-personal services contract to provide sewage pumping and disposal at Cochiti Lake. The Cochiti Dam Project consists of maintenance and administration facilities to maintain and operate the dam and recreation areas which are primarily utilized by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers employees, in addition to recreation facilities that are open for use by the general public. The contractor shall accomplish pumping of requested facilities within two working days of notification by the POC or authorized representative.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform sewage pumping and disposal services at the Cochiti Dam Project. Services include pumping of vault toilets, dump stations, park attendant dump vaults, and septic tanks.
