The contractor shall furnish all management, labor and personnel to provide housekeeping services for the Boston Mountain Ranger District Office, 1803 N 18th St., Ozark, AR 72949. Housekeeping services will provide cleaning of administrative offices and the district work center to maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor will accomplish all cleaning tasks according to the provided cleaning frequency tables. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and commercial practices. Total approximate square footage of the district office is 4000. The flooring is mostly carpeted with some laminate flooring and tile. The work center which is approximate 1000 square footage is mostly concrete.
