Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of, but is not limited to Design/build services for construction of a boardwalk across a wetland inlet at Bomoseen State Park. The boardwalk will connect the Campground at the park with the beach area at the Day Use Park. The extent of the boardwalk and its basic design is shown on the Drawings. The boardwalk support structure must be designed and constructed using helical piles. No dredging excavation is permitted. Vegetation that is in the path of the boardwalk construction is to be carefully trimmed or removed only enough to allow for construction to proceed. The wetlands vegetation is important to the health of the wetlands and the wildlife in that location. It must be respected and cared for with as little intrusion as possible.
