Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Furnish and deliver to the electrical contractor at the site, ALL of the lighting fixtures, lamps, theater power controls, accessories, etc., for the project as indicated on the drawings, schedules and in the specifications. 2. All materials will be delivered to the site where the electrical contractor will receive and store the fixtures for incorporation into the project. 3. All guarantees and warranties to begin at the substantial completion of the entire project. Maintain equipment prior to substantial completion. 4. Perform testing and inspections of the lighting fixtures and theater power controls as required by the specifications. 5. Provide training to Owner prior to substantial completion.
