This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the General Services Administration to identify potential construction sources and to determine if this effort can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside.
The General Services Administration (GSA) Greater Southwest Region is seeking sources that are capable of performing an elevator modernization involving two elevators at the Federal Building/ US Courthouse in Albuquerque, NM.
The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment and daily supervision to modernize two (2) existing gearless traction passenger elevators. Provide new regenerative drive systems, solid state microprocessor controls, cab, doors, and all associated work to provide two completely new passenger elevators. All work shall meet or exceed the latest ASME-A17.1-2019 Elevator Code and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards.
