Specifications include, but are not limited to:BUILDING LIGHTING PACKAGE A. Work included in this contract consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, all materials and equipment for: • Technical Specification Sections: Section 260950 Theater Power Controls Section 265000 Lighting Fixtures This contract also includes, but is not necessarily limited to, all labor, materials and equipment for the following: 1. Furnish and deliver to the electrical contractor at the site, ALL of the lighting fixtures, lamps, theater power controls, accessories, etc., for the project as indicated on the drawings, schedules and in the specifications. 2. All materials will be delivered to the site where the electrical contractor will receive and store the fixtures for incorporation into the project. 3. All guarantees and warranties to begin at the substantial completion of the entire project. Maintain equipment prior to substantial completion. 4. Perform testing and inspections of the lighting fixtures and theater power controls as required by the specifications. 5. Provide training to Owner prior to substantial completion.
