purposes only. No quotations are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS
NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and
qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned
Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically
Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) to compete and perform a Firm
Fixed Price Purchase Order. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the
responses to this sources sought synopsis.
The National Park Service has a requirement for a contractor to supply 225 cubic feet of Sorb E-33 arsenic treatment media and remove 225 cubic feet of existing Sorb E-33 media from the two treatment vessels at the Temple Bar water treatment plant. This media that removes arsenic from the water is proprietary in nature.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 221310 ¿ Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $41 million in average annual receipts.
Vendors responding to this sources sought notice should include the following information:
1. Company name, address, UEI number, point of contact, telephone number and email address.
2. Information about qualifications or a capabilities statement.
3. Any experience servicing this equipment.
4. Provide the company's business size (small or other than small) and all applicable socio-economic category information (Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, ISBEE).
