Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work included in this contract consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, all labor, materials and equipment. This contract also includes, but is not necessarily limited to, all labor, materials and equipment for the following: 1. Provide food service equipment. 2. All final utility service connections shall be made by the Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Contractors. The Food Service Contractor is responsible for any and all control wiring necessary to get make the interface between the exhaust hood, makeup air unit and fire alarm system to function per the authority having jurisdiction. 3. Any discrepancies between the Drawings, Specifications and site conditions or ambiguities in the documents shall immediately be reported to the Construction Manager in writing. Inconsistencies shall be corrected in writing or by reissuing the drawings. If the Contract Documents disagree with the quality or quantity of work required, the better quality or greater quantity shall be supplied unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Construction Manager. Any work performed by the Contractor at locations in question after his discovery of discrepancies, inconsistencies, ambiguities, or errors, without securing resolution, shall be at the Contractor’s risk.
