This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-23-R-0007 as an RFQ
2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).
3) CLIN 0001 Yellow Ribbon Support Services 1 Job
4) The following commercial services are summarized below. A detailed description can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
4a) The contractor shall provide services to support YRRP training event that includes lodging, meeting rooms, meals, and childcare for the event.
4b) The contractor shall provide one (1) lunch meal on Saturday 28 January 2023 (706 Personnel ) and Sunday 29 January 2023 (485 Personnel) for a total of two (2) meals. Food and beverage charges are based upon a total 706 (33 kids) servings per meal on Saturday and 485 Servings on Sunday for a total of two (2) meals (1285 Servings). Food and beverage charges are based upon the sum of total servings of meals (1191) on Saturday and Sunday. These shall be at or below the per diem rate for meals.
4c) The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies to supervise and care for 33 children ages 0-5.
4d) The contractor shall provide 115 Rooms (85 Singles, 30 Doubles) on Friday 27 January 2023 and 155 (130 Singles, 25 Doubles) rooms Saturday 28 January 2023.
5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 within attachement 4 must be reviewed and checked.
6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.
