Amendment P0002 is issued to upate FAR 52.228-1.
In general, this Scope of Work consists of Demolition and Disposal
activities of 3 (three) Erected Radio Towers and Appurtenances located at the
Fall River, KS Project Office, Marion, KS Project Office and Teeterville
KS.
This project will be a total turn-key contract with all work being performed
by the Contractor unless otherwise stated. The Contractor shall provide all
plant, materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, Sub- Contractors,
supervision, management, per diem, and travel necessary to complete all work
in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), attached drawings,
specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements. Where
contract documents and criteria appear to be in conflict, the Contractor
shall consult the Contracting Officer (KO) or the Contracting Officer's
Representative (COR), as applicable, for clarification before beginning any
work.
